versus NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR TEACHER EDUCATION & ANR ..... Respondent Through Ms.Monika Arora,Adv.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI
O R D E R
% 27.02.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner/institute is seeking a direction to the respondents to decide his various representations seeking grant of approval for the additional 'one unit' for running B.El.Ed course. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner had submitted a comprehensive representation on 15.02.2018, till date the respondents have not taken any decision on the same.
Ms.Monika Arora, learned counsel for the respondents appearing on advance notice submits that the respondents may be granted adequate time to deal with the said representation. Keeping in view the facts of the case, the respondents are granted three weeks time to decide the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2018 after dealing with all the contentions raised by the
petitioner by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Needless to say, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision taken by the respondents, he would be at liberty to take legal recourse as per law.
The writ petition is dismissed in the above terms. REKHA PALLI, J FEBRUARY 27, 2018 sr
