This application has been filed by the Plaintiff No.3 seeking a direction to the Principal Secretary (Revenue) & Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Darya Ganj for filing the valuation report of the Suit Property. 2.

The present Suit is one for partition and permanent injunction. 3.

The Suit has been disposed of by this Court vide Order dated 22.01.2024 and final decree was directed to be prepared. It is stated that pursuant to the said order, a letter dated 03.02.2024 was sent by the Administrative Officer (Judl.) to the Principal Secretary (Revenue) and Sub Divisional Magistrate Darya Ganj requesting them to furnish the valuation report of the suit properties on the basis of the circle rate prevalent on 22.01.2024 for enabling the Registry to ascertain the quantum of stamp duty. 4.

has yet not been submitted by the concerned Officers. 5.

The present Suit is of 2011 and more than 13 years have passed and the parties are yet to enjoy the fruits of the proceedings. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to direct the concerned Officers to expedite the valuation Report.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Sub Registrar states that the State machinery is busy in election duty. He, however, states that the Valuation Report will be given on or before 01.03.2025. 7.
