After arguments, the appeal and the pending applications are disposed of as not pressed but as prayed on behalf of the appellant, appellant is granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 30.6.2018. Appellant will however ensure that he clears all charges towards electricity, water etc payable for the suit premises till the time the appellant stays in the suit premises. Appellant so far as grant of payment by instalments of the admitted arrears of rent is concerned, is given liberty to move the trial court and which will consider such an application in accordance with law. 2.

Let the appellant file an affidavit of undertaking in terms of RFA No.233/2018

today's order within one week and on the appellant filing the undertaking and complying with the terms of the same, appellant will not be evicted from the suit premises till 30.6.2018.
