Mr. B.K. Sood, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that none has been appearing for the petitioner since the year 2022. 3.

This Court has also perused the orders w.e.f. 12.01.2022 and finds that none has been appearing since the year 2022 for the petitioner. 4.

In view of the matter, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed in default for appearance as also for non-prosecution.
