File is placed before this Court on office note to release the sureties or terms deposit receipts (TDRs) furnished by the applicants subject to verifying the death for R-1 and 2 and after verifying the identities of the applicants.

As per record, death verification report of R-1 and 2 have been filed. The same is perused and as per the same, R-1 has expired on 14.03.2025 and R-2 has expired on 29.10.2024.

Sureties of R-1 and 2 are present in Court through virtual mode. Learned counsel Mr. Sirish Gupta has identified the sureties. Learned counsel for sureties has produced the original TDRs of both the sureties. The same are returned after cancelling the endorsement made on the TDR furnished by the surety of R-2.

Registry is directed to release the terms deposit receipts (TDRs) furnished by the applicants as directed by the Hon'ble Court in order dated 08.12.2025.

Registry shall send intimation to the concerned bank that the two TDRs bearing nos. 33843845843 dated 19.05.2014 drawn on SBI, Jahangirpuri Branch and 4278698 dated 19.05.2014 drawn on Oriental Bank of Commerce, Libaspur Branch are released to the sureties and can now encash the same without prior permission of this Court.
