Perusal of the order dated 22.05.2023 indicates that learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that they are not in contact with the petitioner. It is also noted in the said order that the service report in respect of the petitioner was received back with the remarks "no such block exist".

Subsequently, on 21.08.2023 it is not clear as to whether the petitioner was represented since it notes that the appearance was not given. Thereafter on 01.12.2023 none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the present petition is dismissed in default.
