% 18.12.2025 I.A. 31797/2025 1.
This is an application on behalf of the Petitioner seeking correction/modification of the Order dated 13.11.2025 passed by this Court. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Paragraph 4 of the Order dated 13.11.2025 does not provide the address of the learned Arbitrator.
3.
By way of the present application, the Petitioner has supplied the address of the learned Arbitrator. Therefore, Paragraph No.4 of the Order dated 13.11.2025 is modified accordingly and the same will now read as under:- "4. Accordingly, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Agrawal, Retd. Special Director General, CPWD, A-15, Upper Ground Floor, South Extension Part - II, New Delhi 110 019 having e-mail id: rkagrawal1958@gmail.com The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 22/12/2025 at 14:19:47
and Mobile No.: 7542030167, is appointed as the Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes between the parties."
4.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also contends that the present dispute has been referred to the existing Arbitral Tribunal which was an adhoc arbitration and not an institutional arbitration and therefore Paragraph 5 and 6 of the Order dated 13.11.2025 has to be deleted from the said Order. 5.
In view of the fact that the matter has been referred to an existing Arbitral Tribunal, Paragraph No.5 and 6 of the Order dated 13.11.2025 is superfluous in nature and therefore stands deleted from the said Order. 6.
With these observations, the application is disposed of. SUBRAMONIUM PRASAD, J DECEMBER 18, 2025 hsk The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 22/12/2025 at 14:19:47
