This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a further period of one year to make and publish the final Award.

Mr. Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner states the record is voluminous and hence, the delay.

For the said reasons, issue notice to the respondent. 4.

Mr. Bhogal, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.

I am of the view that sufficient cause has been explained for the delay. For the said reasons, the petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of one year from today. 6.

The period from 10.04.2025 till today stands regularised. 7.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
