The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, at the outset, points out that the trial is at fag end. 2.

He submits that 24 out of 27 witnesses have already been examined and he is hopeful that the evidence of remaining witnesses would be completed on the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court.

Considering the fact that the trial is at fag end, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present application at this stage.

The applicant is at liberty to file application afresh in case the trial does not conclude within a period of six months. 5.
