Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0052/2021 under Sections 420/188/120B/34 IPC, registered at PS: South Campus, Delhi.

Learned APP opposed the adjournment on the ground that Chargesheet already stands filed on 04.11.2022 and Charges have also been framed and quashing has been sought on merits.

In view of submissions made and considering that the quashing of FIR has been sought on merit, but Chargesheet already stands filed. 4.
