This petition has been filed seeking extension of interim bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 03rd September, 2024. It is stated that the surgery for the right renal calculus (kidney stone) cannot take place since he has been found positive for Hepatitis B.

Test report dated 18th September, 2024 has been placed on record which states that the HBB DNA has been detected. However, since the interim bail is expiring today, the interim bail is extended for a period of three weeks on the same terms and conditions as passed in the order dated 03rd September, 2024 in Bail Application 2953/2024.
