An application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been preferred on behalf of petitioner for grant of bail in FIR No. 0246/2022, under Sections 392/397/34 IPC registered at P.S.: Preet Vihar. Section 411 IPC and Sections 27/54 Arms Act were subsequently invoked.

Issue notice. Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

After partly making submissions, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the application.
