The petition is filed for the following reliefs: "1. Issue Directions to Office of Ld. District Magistrate & LD. SDM, Najafgarh, New Delhi for Compliance & Execution of order dated 23.06.2025 passed by Ld. Divisional Commissioner.

2. Issue Directions to Office of Ld. District Magistrate & LD. SDM for restoration of possession in favour of appellant in the suit property

3. Re-instate the Appellant in the Suit Property." 2.

A perusal of the order dated 23.06.2025 would indicate that the earlier order passed by the District Magistrate ['DM'] was set aside and the matter was remitted back to the said authority for fresh disposal, giving opportunity to both the parties.

If the petitioner wants the expeditious disposal of the matter, the petitioner will have to approach the concerned DM by way of an appropriate application.
