The petitioner in the instant petition prays for the following reliefs:- "A. Pass an order extending the mandate of the Ld. Arbitral Tribunal to make the Arbitral Award in the Arbitration proceedings titled, "Millennium City Expressways Private Limited v. National Highways Authority of India (Case No. AC-2164)", being conducted under the Rules of Domestic Commercial Arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration, for a period of one year, i.e, till 31.08.2026; and B. Pass any other order or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and with their consent, the mandate of the Arbitrator stands extended for a period of one year i.e. till 31.08.2026.
