The petitioner has filed a guardianship petition which is pending adjudication before the learned Judge, Family Court. 2.

The birthday of the child in question falls on 12th October, 2024 and the following direction has been given by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 10.09.2024:- "In view of the above, it is hereby directed that petitioner may meet child Amaira (DOB: 12.10.2016) on 12.10.2024 at the Café/restaurant by the name of La'opera, Civil Lines (next to Exchange Store), Delhi from 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm. Insofar as child's paternal grandmother is concerned, she may meet the child for 5 minutes during the cake cutting ceremony."

The limited grievance raised in the present petition is that the meeting duration in context of the paternal grandmother is restricted to five minutes. It is submitted she is coming all the way from Ambala and, therefore, the time may be suitably increased to 15 minutes at least. CM(M) 3535/2024 1 By:SONIA THAPLIYAL 18:03:05

Mr. Rachit Aggarwal, learned counsel for the respondent wife has also joined the proceedings through video conferencing. 5.

Heard. Learned counsel for both the sides.

Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with the direction that such meeting duration for paternal grandmother would be for 15 minutes instead of 5 minutes and the rest of the directions would remain same as contained in the abovesaid order dated 10th September, 2024.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
