% 17.08.2018 After some hearing the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith, the petitioner reserving the contentions set out in the petition at hand to be urged at appropriate stage in the event of the court of Magistrate issuing process on the basis of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., after conclusion of the investigation into case FIR No.375/2014 of Police Station Kalkaji.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn.
