This is an application under section 483 read with section 528 of BNSS, 2023 filed on behalf of the applicant seeking grant of interim bail for the period of 2 months in FIR no. 624/2020 under Sections 302/307/147/148/149/120-B/34 IPC and under Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, PS Mayur Vihar.

Status report filed which is taken on record. 3.

The only ground pressed for the grant of interim bail on behalf of applicant is for completing his minor son's school admission in UP. It is submitted that for such purpose the applicant has to arrange the Aadhaar Card and the Birth Certificate.

residing with her brother and father at her maternal house at Sikandrabad, District Buland Shahar, UP who can look after her and her son. 5.

Since the family members of applicant including his wife are available for arranging the necessary documents and taking care of admission formalities of minor son of the applicant, Court finds no compelling reason for the grant of interim bail to the applicant. 6.

The application is therefore, dismissed.
