Ms. Kashvi Dutta, learned counsel for petitioners submits that respondents i.e. plaintiffs have already withdrawn their suit. 2.

The grievance of the petitioners, who are defendants, is with respect to the order dated 19.04.2024 whereby the plaintiffs had been permitted to amend their suit.

Fact, however, remains that since suit has been withdrawn unconditionally on 14.07.2025, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
