The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - "(1). to allow this civil miscellaneous petition by setting aside interlocutory vide order dated 16.05.2024 passed by the Ld. Family Court West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in HMA Bearing Number 808/2017, to meet the end of justice. (2) to pass any and proper by this Hon'ble Court to meet the end of justice." 3.
