Petitioner has filed an appeal which is pending adjudication before learned Presiding Officer, Appellate Tribunal MCD, Delhi (ATMCD).

Grievance raised in the present petition is very limited. 3.

It seems that the appellant apprehends that the learned Tribunal would dispose of the appeal without making reference to the applications which he had filed before the learned ATMCD in the interregnum.

Learned counsel for respondents appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

The next date before the learned Tribunal is stated to be 17.01.2025.
