The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: <(a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent to grant Extension of Approval for D. Pharm Course to the Petitioner Institution for the Academic Session 2025-2026 and issue formal approval letter;= 2.

Issue notice. Ms. Manisha Agrawal Narain, learned CGSC for the respondent/PCI accepts notice.

She submits that an application was filed by the respondent/PCI before the Hon9ble Supreme Court being MA 1593/2025, a copy of which has been handed over across the Bar, the same is taken on record. 4.

A perusal of the said application shows that the following prayer was made by the respondent/PCI before the Hon9ble Supreme Court: The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. <a). Grant extension of the date for completion of approval processes up to 30.09.2025 (qua list of colleges mentioned and marked as annexure A-7) and for compliances/appeal till 10.10.2025 to the applicant/Pharmacy Council of India for the academic year 2025-26; and= 5.

She submits that the aforesaid MA filed by the respondent/PCI has been allowed in terms of the above-quoted prayer, on 08.09.2025, therefore, the date for completion of approval process now stands extended up to 30.09.2025 and for compliances/appeal till 10.10.2025. 6.

She submits that in so far as the petitioner is concerned, the respondent/PCI will undertake inspection on or before 20.09.2025 and will intimate the deficiencies, if any, within one day thereafter. The statement is taken on record and the respondent/PCI shall remain bound by the same. 7.

In view of the above statement, no further orders are called for in the present petition.

The petition stands disposed of.
