The petitioner is seeking initiation of the contempt proceedings against the respondents for the alleged willful disobedience of the directions contained in the Court order dated 16.11.2023 in W.P.(CRL.) No. 1018/2023 passed by this Court for not completing the investigation within three months, which was undertaken by the respondents/Investigating Officer.

Mr. Devedra Kumar, SI from PS Jyoti Nagar is present, and he submits that the previous Investigating Officer has since been transferred, and therefore, requests for more time to complete the investigation.
