The petitioner is seeking initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for the alleged wilful disobedience of the directions of the Division Bench of this Court dated 02.08.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.3672/2024, whereby it was directed that the respondents shall share the report of the Review Medical Board dated 23.04.2024 with the petitioner; with a further direction to consider the representation dated 18.02.2024 and decide the same within eight weeks by passing a reasoned order.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the aforesaid directions have since been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 07.02.204.
