Through the present application, the petitioner seeks early hearing of W.P.(CRL) 2958/2025.

In compliance of the order dated 12.09.2025, the medical report of the petitioner has been requisitioned.

As per the medical report dated 14.10.2025, the medical condition of the petitioner is stated to be stable, with all his vital parameters within normal limits. He is also receiving regular medication from the concerned Jail OPD.

In view of above facts and circumstances, this Court does not find any ground to allow the present application.

In view of the fact that the medical condition of the petitioner is stated to be stable and his vitals are within normal limits, as stated in the medical report dated 14.10.2025, this Court does not find any cogent reason to allow the present petition.
