The present Appeal filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, read with Section 12 of the Guardian & Wards Act, 1890 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, challenges the Order dated 09.06.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court02, Tis Hazari Court, West District, New Delhi, in the case bearing G.P. No. 61/2023, titled "Nitin Sharma v. Richa Sharma". 2.
Learned counsel for the Appellant, after arguing for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the present Appeal, in order to file appropriate application before the concerned Family Court. 3.
