Vide order dated 02.01.2016 passed by the Joint Registrar (Judicial), this matter was transferred to the East District Courts, Karkardooma, in view of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015.

Now this matter has been received back from the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, East District, Karkardooma, Delhi in terms of order dated 17.04.2018 read with order dated 07.04.2018 on the ground that the said Court has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain and try this suit since the suit property is stated to be situated in the area of Krishna Nagar which falls within the territorial jurisdiction of Shahdara District.
