compromise arrived at between the parties.

The application has been duly signed by the authorised signatories of the parties and is also supported by their respective affidavits. 3.
The consent terms of the settlement drawn on 12th March, 2025 have been filed as Document 1 with the present application and the same also bears the signatures of the authorised signatories of the parties. 4.
I have gone through the consent terms of the settlement and find the same to be lawful.
5.
The parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 6.
In view of the settlement, the plaintiff does not claim any relief against the defendant no.5.
7.
In view of the above, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement. 8.
Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
9.
The present application along with the documents filed with the application shall form a part of the decree.

The date already fixed, i.e. 22nd July, 2025, stands cancelled.
