These are applications filed by the respondent seeking setting aside of the order dated 06.11.2025.

After some arguments, Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent may be granted liberty to raise all objections including the fact that the petitioner is an unregistered partnership firm and its claims are barred by limitation before the learned arbitrator. Mr. Malhotra, learned counsel for the petitioner refutes the same. 4.

For the said reasons, the applications are allowed and even though not required, the order is clarified to read that the respondent shall be entitled to raise the defence of petitioner being an unregistered partnership firm and the claims of petitioner are barred by limitation before the learned arbitrator. 5.
