This Court is informed that personal insolvency proceedings have been initiated against all the parties to the present suit. 2.

Further, vide order dated 18th December, 2024, an order of moratorium has been passed by the National Company Law Tribunal ("NCLT") Delhi.

Thus, the present suit cannot continue any further. 4.

Accordingly, the present suit, along with pending applications, is disposed of with liberty to revive the same, in case the cause of action still survives.
