O R D E R

This court vide order dated 12th September, 2025 had passed the following directions:

"17.

Consequently, till the next date of hearing, the respondent is restrained from interfering/ disrupting the operation and functioning of the subject property located at plot no. 1, Vaishali Marg, Near National Handloom, R.F.C. Colony, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Respondent is also restrained from creating impediments in the ingress and egress of the petitioner and/or its representatives and agents."

Subsequently, another application was filed on behalf of the petitioner alleging that the respondent has failed to comply with the aforesaid order. 3.

Accordingly, a direction was issued to the SHO, Vaishali Marg Police Station, Jaipur, Rajasthan to ensure that the order passed by this Court on 12th September, 2025 is fully complied with by the respondent. 4.

Counsel appears on behalf of the respondent and submits that the respondent is no longer in possession of the subject property. without admitting to the averments made in the petition in any manner, the respondent does not object if the directions contained in paragraph 17 of the order passed on 12th September, 2025 are confirmed. 5.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of confirming the directions contained in paragraph 17 of the order dated 12th September, 2025.

It is clarified that this order shall operate till such time the Arbitral Tribunal decides the petitioner's application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, if so filed.
