I.A. 28960/2025 (Application under Section 151 CPC by the petitioner for restoration of the Arbitration Petition) 1.

The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking restoration of present petition.

Notice in the application was directed to be issued vide order dated 20.11.2025. However, notice could not be issued since the process fee is lying under objection.

In view of the above, fresh notice be issued to the respondents returnable on 01.04.2026, subject to petitioner paying a cost of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited deposited in the Delhi High Court Staff Welfare Fund, the details of which are given as under:
