The present writ petition is directed against the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board ["DSSSB"], which is conducting a recruitment for the post of Court Attendant in this Court. 2.

Ms. Aliza Alam, learned counsel for DSSSB, submits that the petitioner's grievances are amenable to the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal ["the Tribunal"]. However, having regard to the nature of the petitioner's grievance, which pertains only to the correction of an inadvertent error in filling her application form, Ms. Alam submits that DSSSB will respond to the petitioner's representation by 16.09.2025. 3.

In the event that the petitioner does not receive any response, or remains aggrieved, she may approach the Tribunal. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
