By way of the present application, filed under Section 29A(4) & (5) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks an extension of time for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of arbitral award. 2.

The arbitration proceedings are at the stage of final arguments and the parties are in the process of filing revised written submissions. 3.

The next date of hearing before the learned Arbitrator is 26.10.2024. 4.

The learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, accedes to the prayer sought in the present petition. 5.

Considering the averments made in the present petition and the submissions of respective counsel, the time period for completion of arbitral proceedings and making of arbitral award is extended till 30.04.2025. 6.
