% 13.02.2019 The learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition seeking quashing of FIR no. 947/2015 under Sections 324/506/34 IPC of police station Dwarka North, the petitioners reserving their contentions set out in the petition on merits to be agitated, if need be, before the trial court at appropriate stage, the second respondent (the first informant of the case) having shown inclination to amicably resolve inasmuch as both parties have filed cross cases against each other in respect of the same incident. CRL.M.C. 1068/2018

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners and the second respondent would have the liberty to approach the mediation centre, for which they may jointly make a prayer before the jurisdictional magistrate.
