This is a petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal upto 15.11.2024 for concluding the arbitral proceedings and passing the final award.

It is stated that the arguments by both the parties have been concluded and the award is reserved by the Arbitral tribunal. 6.

Ms. Taqui, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that she has no objection to the petition being allowed. 8.

The petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended up to 15.11.2024 to make and publish the award. 10.

The period from 30.09.2024 till today stands regularized. 11.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
