This is an application on behalf of the Petitioner for condonation of delay in re-filing the present petition.

Material on record indicates that the Arbitral Tribunal was constituted on 13.09.2019. The mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal was extended from time to time and last of the extension was granted on 22.11.2023 for a period of six months. It is stated that the at least six months' time would be required for the Arbitral Award to pass an award. 3.
In the facts and circumstance of this case, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of six months so that the award can be pronounced and no further extension of time would be required by the Tribunal.

The petition is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.
