By filing the present revision petition, the revisionist/husband has impugned the order dated November 14, 2014 whereby the learned Trial Court awarded maintenance to the respondent/wife @ ₹3300/- per month from the date of filing of the application till November 12, 2014 and @ ₹3600/- per month from the date of order till disposal of the case, besides ₹10,000/- as litigation expenses.

Today learned counsel for the revisionist/husband has placed on record the copy of the settlement dated 23.08.2016 arrived at between the parties before the Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Court, Delhi. 3.
Learned counsel for the revisionist/husband submits that in terms of the settlement, the respondent/wife is required to withdraw all the cases CRL.REV.P. 106/2015
referred to on page 2 of the settlement. He further submits that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, he may be permitted to withdraw this revision petition but granting him liberty to get it revived if for some reason the respondent/wife fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the settlement and withdraw the cases filed by her. 4.
The factum of settlement between the parties before the Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Court has been admitted by the learned counsel for the respondent/wife assuring that the terms and conditions of the settlement shall also be complied with by the respondent/wife. 5.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties and the settlement arrived at between the parties, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the revisionist/husband to get it revived in case the respondent/wife fails to withdraw the cases referred to on page 2 of the settlement.

As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti.
