By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks grant of following prayer:
"A. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing all Look Out Circulars issued against the Petitioner by Respondent No.3 or any other authority as being arbitrary, illegal, ultra vires and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
B. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondent No.1, Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 and all immigration authorities to permit the Petitioner to travel abroad to attend her 3 months course program at Dublin City University without any hindrance. C. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining Respondent No.3 from issuing any further Look Out Circular against the Petitioner in relation to the said two FIRs without prior leave of this Hon‟ble Court.

decided by this court for the extra expenses incurred and for the inconvenience caused to the petitioner by the arbitrary conduct of the respondents."

The case of the petitioner is that on 07.09.2025 when she was intend to travel abroad for a period of three months at Dublin City University from 08.09.2025 to 28.11.2025, she was stopped at the Delhi Airport and was not allowed to leave the country.

This Court is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that an LOC has been opened against the present petitioner in view of pendency of criminal cases bearing (i) FIR no. 11/2025, P.S. Boleng, Arunachal Pradesh (ii) FIR no. 18/2025, P.S. Boleng, Arunachal Pradesh against the present petitioner. He has placed before this Court the copies/details of the said FIR.

The LOC in this case was opened pursuant to the registration of the abovesaid FIRs against the present accused in the State of Arunachal Pradesh.

In view of the submissions, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and file an appropriate petition before the concerned Court of jurisdiction at Arunachal Pradesh seeking appropriate relief, in accordance with law. 6.
In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
