Mr.

Tushar Sannu, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/Delhi Jal Board, submits that the officials of the respondent went for inspection of the premises of the petitioners on various dates in December, 2025, but were not permitted to inspect the said premises. 2.

Counsel for the petitioners denies the aforesaid contention. she assures the Court that in the event the officials of the respondent/Delhi Jal Board seek inspection of the premises, the same shall be offered by the petitioners.

Let the inspection be carried out within ten (10) days from today after informing the counsel for the petitioners, who shall ensure the petitioners cooperate in the inspection.

Mr. Sannu further submits that for a long-term improvement of water supply in the area, an estimate has been prepared and the respondents are taking steps to award the work.

In the meanwhile, the respondent no.3/GNCTD shall cooperate with the respondent/Delhi Jal Board in granting the necessary permission required for the purposes of road cutting, if not already granted. As an interim measure, Mr. Sannu submits that the Delhi Jal Board water tankers are regularly being supplied to the petitioner to meet their water requirements. The respondent shall continue to provide the water tanker on a regular basis.

Let a status report on this aspect shall be filed within six (6) weeks from today.

In view of the order passed above, counsel for the petitioner does not press the CONT.CAS(C) 1394/2025 with liberty to approach the Court at a later stage, if the need so arises.
