The present petition has been filed seeking following relief: <(a) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus and/or any other appropriate writ, direction or order of like nature thereby directing the Respondent to grant extension of approval to Petitioner College vis-à-vis D. Pharm course with an intake of 60 students for the academic session 20252026;= 4.

Issue notice. Ms. Manisha Agrawal Narain, learned CGSC for the respondent/PCI accepts notice.

She submits that an application was filed by the respondent/PCI before the Hon9ble Supreme Court being MA 1593/2025, a copy of which has been handed over across the Bar, the same is taken on record. 6.

A perusal of the said application shows that the following prayer was made by the respondent/PCI before the Hon9ble Supreme Court: <a). Grant extension of the date for completion of approval processes up to 30.09.2025 (qua list of colleges mentioned and marked as annexure A-7) and for compliances/appeal till 10.10.2025 to the applicant/Pharmacy Council of India for the academic year 2025-26; and= 7.

She submits that the aforesaid MA filed by the respondent/PCI has been allowed in terms of the above-quoted prayer, on 08.09.2025, therefore, the date for completion of approval process now stands extended up to 30.09.2025 and for compliances/appeal till 10.10.2025. 8.

She submits that insofar as the petitioner is concerned, the respondent/PCI will undertake inspection on 23.09.2025 and will intimate the deficiencies, if any, within one day thereafter. The statement is taken on record and the respondent/PCI shall remain bound by the same. 9.

In view of the above statement, no further orders are called for in the present petition.
