The grievance ventilated in the present petition is with regard to the purported action of demolition by the respondent no.1/DDA in Nepali Camp and Bhanwar Singh Camp.

Respondent no.1/DDA was directed to file an affidavit indicating as to whether petitioners' properties are part of the properties which have been identified for demolition.

In deference to the said direction, respondent no.1/DDA is stated to have filed a short affidavit. However, the same is not on record. Another copy of short-affidavit has been handed over across the bar, the same is taken on record.

Perusal of the said affidavit shows the dwelling unit of petitioners in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 04/10/2025 at 15:49:02

the present petition are not included in the 39 unauthorized properties which have been identified for demolition and against which the action has been proposed vide notice dated 28.08.2025. Para 4 of the said affidavit reads thus:

"It is most respectfully submitted that pursuant to the directions of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 15.09.2025, an inspection was carried out by the officials of the Answering Respondent and it was found that the dwelling units of the petitioners in the present petition are not included in the 39 unauthorized units under the said demolition notice dated 28.08.2025. Copy of the photographs of the Petitioners' unit are annexed hereto and marked as Annexure-1."

In view of the above stand taken by DDA, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners submits that he does not wish to press the petition any further.

The petition along with pending application is disposed of in the above terms.
