The Petitioner has filed the present petition assailing the order dated 3rd August, 2024, cancelling the work order bearing no. DEL-ITP/202223/35 granted to the Petitioner by Respondent No. 7. They also seek a direction to the Respondents to grant renewal of NOC, Airport Driving Permit and Airport Vehicle Permit to the Petitioner from October, 2024 onwards.

After making some submissions, Mr. Rajat Mathur, counsel for the Petitioner, states that since the work order dated 12th January, 2024 which was executed between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 7 has been cancelled, the Petitioner would like to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach the Court in case the need arises in future. 3.
He further seeks liberty to take recourse to other remedies for seeking compensation against the Respondents.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the merits of the case. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 5.
In case the Petitioner initiates any legal proceedings for recovery of compensation against any of the Respondents, the same shall be adjudicated on its own merits.
