The present petition assails an impugned order dated 15.07.2025 passed by the Disciplinary Committee of Bar Council of Delhi/respondent no. 3 whereby the complaints filed by the petitioner have been transferred to the Bar Council of India/respondent no. 2.

The proceedings dated 15.07.2025 of the Disciplinary Committee of Bar Council of Delhi read as under:- "Complaint No. 25/2024 M/s. Aimlay Pvt. Ltd.

(Through Mr. Rakesh Gupta, Director) Vs.

Mr. Anshul Sharma, Advocate Mr. Gagan Sharma, Advocate (Complaint No. 25/2024 and 26/2024 are clubbed together as Complaint No. 25/2024) The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Proceedings dated 15.07.2025:

A perusal of the record reveals that the present complaint had been received on 18.01.2024. Since the complaint could not be disposed off within the stipulated period of one year from the date of receipt of the complaint, as provided under the provision of section 35 and 36 (B) of the Advocates Act; Bar Council of Delhi cannot entertain the present complaint.

Further, as per the directions of Bar Council of India in view of the order dated 20.09. 2022 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Contempt Petition (C) No. 309 / 2022 titled Charanjeet Singh Chander Pal Vs. Vasant D. Salunke & Ors., the aforesaid complaint is required to be transferred to Bar Council of India for further adjudication. Office staff is directed to send the original records of the present complaint to Bar Council of India at the earliest. Parties be informed accordingly."

Learned counsel for the Bar Council of Delhi who appears on advance notice submits that the complaints are in the process of being examined, and an endeavour shall be made to dispose of the same within a period of six months from today. The said statement is taken on record. 6.

The petition is disposed of taking on record the aforesaid statement. Pending application is also stands disposed of. 7.

Needless to say, all the parties shall cooperate in the proceedings before the Bar Council of India.
