By the present bail application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted by this Court by order dated 19.03.2025, in BAIL APPLN. 861/2025 on the ground that the applicant has been advised complete bed rest for recuperation. 2.

It is verified that the applicant recently underwent a surgery and he was discharged on 12.09.2025 with advice of taking bed rest for ten days.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted to the applicant by order dated 19.03.2025, in BAIL APPLN. 861/2025, is extended till 26.09.2025 on the same terms and conditions. 4.

The applicant is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on or before the expiry of the period of interim bail.
