By the present application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted by this Court by order dated 05.08.2025 in BAIL APPLN. 2480/2025 on the ground that the applicant's daughter is suffering from hernia and she requires surgery for the same.

The status report indicates that the applicant's child is suffering from congenital hernia and surgery may be required, however, no date for the surgery has been fixed as yet. It is also mentioned that the child is residing with her maternal uncle and his family and she is being properly looked after. 3.

Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to extend the interim bail granted to the applicant at this stage and she is directed to surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent on or before 19.09.2025 positively.

Needless to say, the applicant is at liberty to file an application afresh as and when any date is fixed for the surgery. 5.
