The counsel for the respondent no.2(ii) Dinesh Sethi who alone appears states that the petitioner has lost interest in the petition and had in fact in IA No.635/2016 filed by her, under Order XVIII Rule 4 of the CPC and which was disposed of on 19th August, 2016, stated that the petitioner has left for Canada and is unlikely to come back in near future. 4.
