O R D E R

% 19.07.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to press the present writ petition as the same has become infructuous in view of the fact that the petitioner stands transferred to CRPF. Counsel for the petitioner, however, prays that the observations made by the Tribunal in paragraph 75 of the impugned order be expunged. Learned Additional Solicitor General, who appears on behalf of respondent no.2, submits that the observations made by the Tribunal are in context of issue which arose between the parties and based on the earlier judgment rendered by the Tribunal in the case of Namrata S. Kumar v. Union of India, O.A.No.2925/2014, decided on 25.9.2014, the relevant paragraph, which has been quoted prior to the observation, they are not in the form of any stricture against the petitioner.

In view of the stand taken by the counsel for the Additional Solicitor General, it is agreed that no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn/infructuous.
