% 14.02.2017 Review Petition No. 259/2016, CM APPL No. 19578/2016, CM APPL NO. 19580/2016 and APPL NO. 19581/2016 After some arguments counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this review petition. By this petition he has sought a review of the order passed by this Court on 18.02.2016. This Court has been informed that the suit filed by the non applicant against the petitioner is yet pending before for the Trial Court; next date fixed is 01.05.2017. It is made clear to the petitioner that if the evidence of the parties is yet in progress he may be permitted to lead evidence on this score i.e. that a settlement had taken interse the parties in Crl. Rev. No. 73/2011. It is also clarified that in case evidence has been closed no such permission shall be considered and the petitioner will not

stand on any better footing than as on date. The petitioner may then be permitted to address arguments on this issue that matter stands settled which will be without any evidence before the Trial Court. No further orders are called for.

Disposed of.
