This is a petition seeking the following prayer: a) Issue appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ(s), order(s), or direction(s) directing the Respondents to grant permission to the Petitioner to transplant two trees from Petitioner's land Plot bearing No. 50/2, 50/3 Okhla Phase-2, Block-A New Delhi 110020 in terms of Petitioner's Tree Felling Application ID 14942 dated 26.10.2023;

The NCT of Delhi has made an SOP on 24.04.2025 and notified the same on 15.05.2025, which deals extensively with transplantation of trees as well as for compensatory transplantation.
