This is a criminal petition under Section 528 of BNSS for setting aside the impugned order dated 02.09.2025 passed by learned JMFC(NI Act)-07, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in CC No. 9954/2019 in case titled as "Surender Singh Kasana vs. Shiv Kumar Singh and Ors." whereby the learned trial court issued non-bailable warrants against the petitioner.

After part submissions, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition seeking liberty to file application for cancellation nonbailable warrants before the trial court. 3.
